This Ref. 1436 rattrapante (double) chronograph watch is really rare for only four Ref. 1436 with stainless steel watch case have been manufactured, and this is one of the two known by people so far. This watch is also one of the two Ref. 1436 with stainless steel case that haven’t adopted coaxial button on the crown, and at the same time the only ‘pure’ watch whose classic dial has tachometer but not signed by the retail trader. Its knock-down price at 7.48 million RMB has made a record in the history of Antiquorum Watch Auction.
